Return and Refund Policy – Ellahi Traders

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

  • You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and help arrange an appropriate solution.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account or other suitable payment details to issue an approved refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ellahi Traders will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer preferences, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing essential parts, or marked as non-returnable may not qualify for a return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable and may need to follow our return process.
